My job was to redesign No. 24’s coffee, cocktail & happy hour menus with a more modern & cohesive visual identity.
The existing menus were functional but lacked the clarity, hierarchy & brand personality needed to support their growth.

My primary goal was to create a table top menu that felt simple yet elevated. My secondary goal was to increase food & drink sales between 3 to 6 pm.
With my experience in hospitality marketing & in collaboration with the general manager, I created a data driven menu which helped increase happy hour sales on average by 7.2% over three months.

No. 24 Café & Bistro offered a unique dual experience: a grab‑and‑go counter for coffee & baked goods, paired with a casual yet elevated dine‑in atmosphere. It served everyone from guests looking for a quick afternoon pick‑me‑up to those settling in for a full dine-in brunch.
Every four months, I refreshed the menu offerings to reflect seasonal offerings & emerging trends, while maintaining a consistent visual identity across all menu types. This ensured the brand felt both current & cohesive year‑round.
